Dr. Lebow is a native of Houston, Texas. He is married. Dr. Lebow received his bachelor’s degree and his medical degree from the University of Texas. He completed his residency in Neurosurgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Lebow also completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Complex Spine Surgery at Vanderbilt University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. Dr. Lebow is board eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
